2ml Angostura Bitters
20ml Egg White
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lime Juice
25ml Simple Syrup
80g Ice
Rocks Glass
1 Lime Wedge
1 Maraschino Cherry
The Whiskey Sour is the perfect balance of sweet and sour, the combination of lemon and lime adds a complexity that adds brightness to this classic cocktail. We use egg white which creates a velvety foam on which your Maraschino cherry sits.
